To order online, or fax or mail: Make your selections from the above price list, inserting the quantity desired of each item. Use any of the Shopping Cart buttons to generate an order list. Fax: 1-928-222-9225 Orders that are placed by 11:00 am mountain time Monday - Friday will ship the day of the order. Orders placed after 11:00 am mountain time will ship the following day. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. All of this is with the exception for holidays and out of stock items. We will hold the order for out of stock items a day or two while waiting for product. Express Mail is the least expensive fastest shipping route and is delivered on Saturdays. UPS Overnight and 2 day delivery are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If you need your order sooner please change your shipping to Express Mail. Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Bottles must be unopened with all saftey seals in place. No refunds after 45 days of purchase.
