Our default shipping is set on Priority Mail which is the most affordable rate for orders under one pound. Note that Coconut Oil will be shipped via UPS ground in the US regardless of what you choose for a set price of $10.00 for up to 4 gallons. Other big items such as Rebounders, Juicers & Alkaline Water Machines include the price of shipping and ship UPS Ground. We will email you if you are outside of the US with the cost of shipping for those items.
