not be discouraged if you reach a plateau where you don’t lose weight
for a few days in a row. This is very common. Your body is adjusting to
the diet and lower body weight. After two days of now loss do the following: • Have an apple day, for an entire day eat up to six apples, the next day will bring a good loss. The next day go back to the 500 calorie plan. • Drink more water. Water intake should be between 1/2 to one gallon a day. Add fresh lemon juice to your water to aid in cleansing.
