How quickly do you ship after the order is placed? Orders normally ship within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, with the exception for holidays and out of stock items. We will hold the order for out of stock items a day or two while waiting for product. UPS Overnight and 2 day delivery is not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. UPS Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. 2 day air shipped on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. 2nd Day orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. All of this is with the exception for holidays that will delay deliveries by another day. Express Mail is overnight to most areas and delivers on Saturday and Sunday. Return Policy Unopened bottles can be returned up to 30 days from the shipping date, for either an exchange, or refund less 15% restocking fee.  Bulk packaged herbs are not able to be returned due to manufacturer policy.  Please include this invoice with any returns.
