Western Botanicals Essia Tea contains: Burdock root, Sheep sorrel, Slippery Elm bark, Turkey Rhubarb root, either organic or wildcrafted.

To make tea: Put 4 rounded tablespoons of dry herbs into 32 oz. of pure water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Let liquid cool for 10 - 12 hours at room temperature, keeping covered. Reheat to 185 degrees (almost to a boil) and remove from heat. Add enough pure water to return back to original 32 oz.
