Dr. Christopher's Herbal Cleansing Kit, extracts:
Six Week Extended Herbal Cleansing Program, referred to as the 6-week Cleanse, Extended Herbal Cleanse.
Description: A Kit that contains herbal preparations to cleanse various systems of the body for six weeks.
When we are dealing with long standing health problems we cannot expect to totally cleanse the body with one or so three-day cleansing routines. Therefore, to rid the body of chronic conditions or to prevent their occurrence an extended herbal cleanse is an excellent path to follow:
4 - Lower Bowel Formula extract
4 - Liver & Gall Bladder Formula extract
2 - Kidney Formula extract
2 - Blood Stream Formula extract
1 - Take the following herbal formulas as directed until the capsules are gone
a. Dr Christopher's Lower Bowel (4 bottles)
2 droppers full upon rising in the morning.
2droppers full one hour before lunch.
2 droppers full before retiring to bed.
b. Dr Christopher's Liver & Gall Bladder (4 bottles)
2 droppers full 20 minutes before each meal.
c. Dr Christopher's Kidney (2 bottles)
2 droppers full mid-morning
2 droppers full mid afternoon
This routine would be followed 6 days, resting on the 7 day.
After 1 week of using the above formulas, start the Blood Stream Formula & continue taking the other formulas until they are gone. The 1 week delay in adding the Blood Stream Formula is absolutely essential because of the extreme effectiveness of this formula. In the 1st week we are opening the eliminative channels of the body, allowing a pathway of elimination for the ensuing toxins loosened by the Blood Stream Formula.
d. Dr Christopher's Blood Stream Formula (2 bottles)
2 droppers full 1 hour after each meal.
This routine of taking herbs for 6 days & resting the 7th day would continue for 6 weeks at which time you should rest the body for 1 full week & then begin taking capsules again.
2 - Tailor this program to your individual needs.
3 - Drink 8-16 glasses of distilled water a day between meals.
4 - Avoid mucus promoting foods such as dairy products & red meat as much as possible.
5 - Increase your intake of fresh vegetables, grains, seeds & nuts.
